Offer Agreement - Cetiu / Creative Studio

1. General provisions

1.1. "cetiu.com" hereinafter "Seller", publishes the Public Offer for the sale of digital goods presented on the Seller's official website https://cetiu.com.

1.2. Carefully read the text of the public offer, and if you do not agree with any clause of the offer, you are invited to refuse to buy Digital Goods or use the Services provided by the Seller.

1.3. In this offer, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Offer" is a public offer of the Seller addressed to any individual (citizen) to conclude a sales contract with him (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") on the existing terms contained in the Agreement, including all its annexes.

"Buyer" is an individual who has concluded an Agreement with the Seller on the terms contained in the Agreement.

"Acceptance" is a full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of the Agreement.

"Digital Goods" is a list of assortment items presented on the official website.

"Order" - separate items from the assortment list of Digital Goods specified by the Buyer when making an application on the website.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller sells the Digital Goods in accordance with the current price list published on the Seller's website "https://cetiu.com", and the Buyer pays and accepts the Digital Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement and its annexes are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of the offer.

3. Placing an order

3.1. Digital Goods are ordered by the Buyer through the website https://cetiu.com.

3.2. When ordering Digital Goods, the Buyer undertakes to provide the necessary registration information about themselves: surname, first name, e-mail address; contact phone number.

3.3. The buyer has the right to edit the registration information about themselves. The Seller does not change or edit the registration information about the Buyer without the consent of the latter. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data specified when placing the Order on the website https://cetiu.com to persons not related to the fulfilment of the Order. By approving the Order of the selected Digital Goods, the Buyer provides the Seller with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in p. 3.2. of this Agreement.

3.4. The Seller is not responsible for the content and reliability of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.

3.5. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an Order.

3.6. Payment by the Buyer of the Order independently placed on the website means the Buyer's consent to the terms of this Agreement. The day of payment for the Order is the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

3.7. 4. Terms of order fulfilment

4.1. Digital Goods are delivered to the Buyer after placing and paying for the Order. Delivery of Digital Goods may be delayed for up to 24 hours from the date of payment.

4.2. If the Buyer provides false information with his contact details, the Seller shall not be liable for improper fulfilment of the Order.

5. Payment for the order

5.1. Payment for the Order is made by transferring funds by the Buyer to the Seller through the payment service.
Confirmation of payment for the executed Order is an information letter that comes to the Buyer by e-mail after payment of the Order.

5.2. Prices for any items of the Digital Goods specified on the website https://cetiu.com may be changed unilaterally by the Seller without notice to the Buyer. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered items of the Digital Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of such change as soon as possible. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1 Digital Goods are delivered to the Buyer by sending links to the specified e-mail address after placing and paying for the Order.

7. Return Order

7.1. Digital Goods are non-refundable.

If the file is corrupted, does not open, is technically unreadable, or if the wrong file was sent, please contact the Seller via the email address listed in the "Contacts" section at https://cetiu.com.

When submitting your request, please provide the order number, email address, reason for the inquiry, and a screenshot of the error, if available. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned using the same payment method and account details used for the original payment within approximately 10 banking days.

8. Copyrights

8.1. All text information and graphic images posted on the website https://cetiu.com, as well as in the content of Digital Goods, are the property of the Seller.

9. Rights, obligations and responsibilities

9.1. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of goods by the Buyer ordered on the website.

9.2. All claims for improper fulfilment of the order may be sent by the Buyer to the e-mail address specified on the website https://cetiu.com in the "Contacts" section. All information received is processed as soon as possible.
